To become a Mypickleball Member, simply sign up on our website at www.mypickleball.my or at in-store by scanning the QR code. No payment needed for membership at this point of time.

The membership system is also applied at selected physical pro-shops in same manner as online store. Members should inform cashier that he/she is a member by giving phone or/and email account used to sign up as member.

We have promotion now that new members will receive Welcome Cash Vouchers to redeem and use in the first purchases right away.

You earn points every time you shop on our online store www.mypickleball.my and at selected pro shops. One sign up, you can start earning points from each purchase.

You earn 1 point for every RM1 spent.

You can use the points earned to redeem cash vouchers of different value. You can then use the cash vouchers redeemed to pay for your order at checkout to save money.

No. The cash vouchers redeemed from membership is cash equivalent that can be used to buy any items(generally include promotional items) with no minimum purchase required.

However, only one voucher can be used in one purchase order.

Yes, unused points will expire after 12 months if they are not used to redeem vouchers. We recommend redeeming your points regularly or before expire to maximise your benefits.

Mypickleball Membership has multiple tiers.

Those who sign up with no spending yet are classified as Pre-Member. After started spending, members can move up to 4 different tiers i.e. Basic 1, Basic 2, Premier and Premier Plus based on cumulative spending within last 12 months.

The benefits and perks of each tier is different as stated in Membership Tier Table.

The membership is FOC. Once sign up, you will be either a Pre-Member and under different tier. The tier upgrading is done immediately once spending amount is achieved. To remain in same tier after 12 month, minimum spending is set. If spending is less than the minimum set for the tier, the tier will be downgraded in next annual renewal.

Pre-member that remains same status after one year may be deleted from our system and customer will need to sign up again to restart new membership.

Basic Members do not enjoy exclusive discounts. Premier and Premier Plus Members can enjoy attractive discounts for purchase of all items excluding promotional items.

Yes, all members excluding Pre-member and Basic 1 members will receive birthday cash vouchers, with higher tiers enjoying better rewards.

Premier Plus Members are entitled to our Referral Benefits. Invite your friends to join as Mypickleball Member, you will receive incentive in the form of store credit ( currently RM30 if your friend spend at least RM300) and your friend will also get a store credit (currently at RM10)

These are special deals available only to members of different tiers such as early access to new or limited edition paddles, members-only sales or discounts, special invitation to events and tournaments etc. The higher the tier, more priority will be given. Details will be provided from time to time on website or e-newsletter.
